Montreal airplane enthusiasts will be on Cloud 9 this weekend when Expo Air ’86 takes off at Mirabel airport.
More than 60 civil and military aircraft from Canada, the U.S., Germany and Britain will be on display.
Six air stunt teams, including the famed Snowbirds of the Canadian Forces will perform between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. both days. As well, 80 exhibition booths will be open.
Proceeds from the show will support Wings of Hope, a charity which funds Canadian pilots who fly rescue and emergency supply missions in Peru and Bolivia.
The show is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
